Our Leadership

Father Fred Jenga, C.S.C. is the President of Holy Cross Family Ministries (HCFM). A native of Uganda, he holds degrees in theology, philosophy, and communications. He has been a teacher, researcher, author and family minister, committed to helping build God’s masterpiece one family at a time.

As President, Fr. Jenga leads a team pioneering ways to promote the spiritual well-being of 21st-century families, guided by Venerable Patrick Peyton’s wisdom: “The family that prays together stays together.”

Father Pinto Paul, C.S.C., Ph.D., serves as the International Director of Holy Cross Family Ministries. He provides leadership and support to HCFM ministries across continents, advancing family prayer, faith formation, and spiritual life — including Rosaire en Famille in Burkina Faso.

Originally from Kerala, India, Father Pinto spent ten years as a missionary in Tripura. He also ministered in Campus Ministry at Stonehill College.

Father Charlie McCoy, C.S.C., was born and raised in the greater Chicago area. He made his final vows in 2008 and was ordained in 2009. After years as a professor and pastoral resident at the University of Portland in Oregon, he joins Holy Cross Family Ministries to carry on the legacy of Venerable Patrick Peyton, rooted in generations of Rosary devotion in his family.

Father Boby John, C.S.C., ordained in 2008, served thirteen years among tribal communities in Northeast India as a pastor and educator. Holding a master’s in Educational Management and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, he serves as Co-Director of Family Rosary USA and Chaplain at The Father Peyton Center in North Easton, Massachusetts.

Lisa received her Doctorate in Ministry from the Catholic University of America in Spiritual Formation with emphasis in evangelization and catechesis. She wrote her dissertation on the spiritual and faith formation of the domestic church. She teaches theology and pastoral ministry and serves in permanent diaconate formation.
